Alongside the classic juniper, coriander, cardamom, these Mediterranean scents create a gin with typical scents and memories of the Mediterranean coast. Distilled in Spain by the Giro family, Gin Mare was born from the passion of Marc and Manuel, third generation, and from their collaboration with Global Premium Brands. GinMare produced by a discontinuous distillation process with a 250 litre nFiorentino still, created specifically for this process. For lanmaceration, each of the eight botanical components is individually added to 200 litres of neutral spirit of cereals and water for 24-48 hours and to the citrus fruit macerated for one year
